Build a balanced physique with this 5 day per week program. This program is divided into 7 periodized blocks, each focusing on a different aspect of strength, hypertrophy, and muscular endurance (strength endurance).
This program is designed for those who are serious about training and want to experience some big changes in their strength and muscle size.
The program is structured so that each block prepares you for the next. It is not recommended that you skip entire blocks just to get to the “fun stuff”. It is completely necessary to develop your foundational strength, stability and competency so that you avoid injuries, and you can train to your full potential during each block.

5 Day Physique

Build a solid foundation of strength and competency in the primary movement patterns

Foundation

Build positional strength and control, enhance your competency and learn how to maximise tension in the target muscle/s.

Tension/Skill

A combination of strength and hypertrophy. 

Powerbuild

This is all about packing in the volume for each muscle group into single sessions, challenging your ability to maintain quality and stamina. Not for the light-hearted.

Density/volume

Build on your capacity to work for longer and improve your lactic threshold and your ability to accumulate lactic acid, recover, and perform movements while heavily fatigued. Be sure to read the notes in the exercises for guidance on how to perform the sets!

Endurance

This block is aimed at creating the most unprecedented mind full body muscle connection you've ever experienced. Each session will have you establishing a good connection right from the beginning then asks you to maintain that connection while performing your larger movement patterns. Strength is not the aim here; quality movement and mind muscle connection are.  

Connect/physique

This extensive program is designed to help build muscle and develop a well-rounded physique. The program is divided into 7 periodized training blocks, each of which focussing on a different aspect strength and hypertrophy.

4 Day Physique

This block is aimed at creating the most unprecedented full body mind-muscle connection you've ever experienced. Each session will have you establishing a good connection right from the beginning then asks you to maintain that connection while performing your larger movement patterns. Strength is not the aim here; quality movement and mind muscle connection are.  

Connection/Physique

This program aims at providing women the best possible opportunity at building some serious strength and muscle while also providing some opportunity to elevate the heart rate and work up a good sweat. The programs biases the glutes, lower body, back, shoulders while occasionally touching on arms, core and chest.

4 Day Women's Growth

This program begins with a structured yet approachable phase, designed to build a strong foundation in strength, muscle growth, and movement quality. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this phase ensures steady progress without unnecessary complexity—helping you gain confidence and strength from day one.

Phase 1 - Primer

Further developing a foundation of strength, stability and competency in the primary movement patterns.

Phase 2 - Tension and stability

4 days of classic bodybuilding made simple and effective. This split is designed in its most straightforward form, making it easy to follow—especially if you're new to the gym. Just show up, focus on 1-2 major muscle groups per session, and avoid the full-body fatigue that can impact your performance when training too many muscle groups at onc

4 Day Bro Split

Keeping things simple and effective. Your typical bodybuilding movements with rep ranges which align with the opportunities that the movement variation presents.  

Block 1 - Prime

3 day full body program that delivers a well balanced experience for gym goers looking to improve overall size and strength. Each session will include elements of upper body pushing, pulling and lower body.

3 Day Full Body Hypertrophy

This block delivers 3 days per week of full body strength training. Each session includes only four exercises to reduce time needed for warm-ups and transitioning from exercise to exercise.

This is a program that will build huge and lasting strength in your squats. It’s a simple yet comprehensive approach to increasing your squat strength and training your foundation level strength in the squat. 

It is recommended that you complete the Foundation Squat Cycle prior to the 8-Week Advanced Squat Cycle so that your skill level and base level strength in the squat are at a reasonably good standard before jumping into three lower body strength sessions per week.

HYPX GIANT SQUAT BUILDER

Building foundational skill and strength does not need to be a complicated process. The following 6 Week Squat Foundation Program is designed to increase your skill, strength and confidence when performing a Front Squat and Back Squat, and to increase your overall lower body strength.  This cycle should be be completed in conjunction with upper body strength training.  Session 1 and Session 2 (see below) should be completed on a weekly basis to ensure that adequate stimulation is experienced and maximum increases in size and strength are made. All percentages should be based off of the appropriate e1RM (estimated 1 rep max) as stipulated in the notes.

Foundation Squat Cycle

8 weeks, 3 sessions per week, focus is on building lower body strength, and increasing strength in the front and back squat.  

8-Week Advanced Squat Cycle

Your opportunity to test and showcase the last 8-14 weeks squat training. 

Testing week 

For lifters who have been training for at least 1 year and are wanting to really focus on creating that golden era physique. Expect some unprecedented pumps while improving mind muscle connected and positional control, while developing endurance, size and strength in a plethora of movements.

Quads, arms and shoulders specialization

Phase 1 will have have you focussing on increasing your confidence when performing the primary movement patterns while heavily biasing your deltoids, biceps, triceps and quadriceps. You will experience tension in your target muscles like never before. Expect to be humbled by working to maintain high work rates with lower weight. Learn how to hyperfocus on individual muscles and muscle groups as we deep dive into creating tension, building positional strength, and developing muscular endurance.
